  • First, pick radish greens from your garden.
  • Then, wash the leaves thoroughly.
  • Dry the leaves completely in the sun to remove all the water.
  • Once the leaves are completely dry, squeeze out any remaining water.
  • Now, store the leaves in a bamboo basket or a jar, making sure it's airtight.
  • After a few days, discard any liquid that has accumulated.
  • Repeat this process for a few days, and your Gundruk will be ready!

You can now use this Gundruk to make pickles or vegetables.
